• Efficient room heating: Each bedroom features individually controlled radiators, reducing heat waste, increasing efficiency, and enhancing guest comfort.
• Adaptive building management: Outside temperature sensors ensure the building adapts to environmental conditions, automatically adjusting public area heating regardless of set schedules.
• Emission-free EV charging: Our Zappi EV chargers allow guests to charge their vehicles using energy generated onsite, ensuring a truly emission-free experience.
• Energy-efficient lighting: LED bulbs, motion sensors, and individual lighting controls optimise energy efficiency throughout the hotel.
• Centralised energy monitoring: Our intelligent building-management system provides real-time energy usage and production insights via a central dashboard, enabling proactive adjustments by staff.
• Air quality monitoring: CO2 sensors are installed across the site to maintain optimal air quality.
• Plastic-free guest areas: We've eliminated single-use plastics from all guest areas, aligning with our commitment to sustainability.
