Do you have electric vehicle charging points?
We have Zappi electric charging points available for hotel guests to use — all powered by our on-site turbine and solar panels.
Is there parking available?
There is car parking located directly outside the hotel entrance with disabled parking spaces and electric charging points. For residents staying in our Eco Lodges, there is private parking next to each Eco Lodge.
Does The Salthouse accept cash?
We'll happily accept cash in our hotel, spa, and restaurants throughout your visit.
Is the hotel wheelchair-accessible?
All public areas of our hotel are wheelchair accessible by ramp or lift. We have an accessible bedroom located on the ground floor with a fully accessible wet room style en suite.
Can I leave my bags with you before check-in or after check-out?
You’re welcome to leave your luggage with our reception team and collect it when you’re ready.
Are there any options and extras I can add to my stay to make it extra special?
There are several extras which can be added to your room which can be arranged with our Reservations Team.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel and self-catering properties.
Is The Salthouse child-friendly?
Yes, and we can supply travel cots for children aged three or under. Please let us know if you require a travel cot at the time of your booking as we are unable to guarantee availability on arrival. We have several family rooms available in the hotel, please do not hesitate to contact our Reservations Team to help you book the most suitable room for you and your family
Are there USB charging points in the rooms?
Every room includes USB sockets for effortless charging, meaning you can stay connected with ease.
What’s the Cancellation Policy?
Our Cancellation Policy may vary based on your selected accommodation and package. Please check the applicable terms when booking your stay.
What are the check-in/check-out times?
For our hotel rooms, check-in is at 15:00, and check-out is at 11:00.
For our self-catering properties, check-in is at 15:00, and check-out is at 10:00.
Can food allergies be accommodated?
Please make sure to tell us the exact nature of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking or with your server. A full allergen menu is available on request.
Can I use the spa if I book a treatment?
Spa access isn’t included in individual treatments. To enjoy full use of our spa, we recommend booking a spa day. Some spa days include treatments, too.
What are the spa opening times?
The Salt Spa is open Monday-Sunday, 10:00-18:00.
