Can I arrange an Early Check In?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer an early check in time. However, if you do arrive early our Reception Team can look after any of your bags and luggage.
Can I arrange a Late Check Out?
Late Check Outs are depended on availability. Please speak to our reception team on arrival.
What if I require help with my Luggage?
Our Reception Team are on hand and happy to help you with luggage.

Luggage can be stored at Reception.
Can I book Spa Treatments and Thermal Spa access before Check In?
Yes, you can certainly book times in our Spa prior to check in, we can still only guarantee rooms to be ready for 3pm
Is the Hotel Wheelchair Friendly?
All public areas of our hotel are wheelchair accessible by ramp or lift. We have an accessible bedroom located on the ground floor with a fully accessible wet room style ensuite
I am travelling with young children; do you have travel cots available?
We can supply travel cotes for children aged 3 or under, please let us know if you require a travel cot at the time of your booking as we are unable to guarantee availability on arrival. We have several family rooms available in the hotel, please do not hesitate to contact our Reservations Team to help you book the most suitable room for you and your family

Please make sure to advise the exact nature of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking or with your server. A full allergen menu is available on request.

Tea and Coffee making facilities are available in all our guest rooms and lodges

All our guest rooms and Eco Lodges have an iron, ironing board and hairdryers
Do I need to pre-book the Restaurant?
If you wish to dine in our restaurant, we strongly advise booking well in advance to ensure a time suitable to you.

Spa Treatments and Thermal Spa must be booked in advance and are subject to availability
Is there On-site Car Parking?
There is car parking located directly outside the hotel entrance with disabled parking spaces and electric charging points. For residents staying in our Eco Lodges, there is private parking next to each Eco Lodge
Do the Eco Lodges have a hot tub?
Each Eco Lodge has a private hot tub located at the front of the lodge. Rules and instructions regarding the hot tubs must be followed at all times

How do I get to The Salthouse Hotel by Car?
From Belfast take M2 (60- 70 minutes). At Junction 2 head left on the slip road for M2 towards International Airport/ Larne/ Londonderry/ The NORTH. Coming from the M2, at Junction 1, head left on the slip road for A26 towards Antrim/Ballymena/ Coleraine. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit for A26/ Lisnevenagh Road towards Ballymena/ Coleraine/ A26. At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit onto A26 heading to M2/Coleraine/Ballymena/Larne/A36. Continue onto M2 and merge onto A26. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Drones Road then continue onto Ann Street. Take Dunamallaght Road to your destination. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Mary Street. Continue onto Glenshesk Rd and then turn right onto Dunamallaght Road. Continue and your destination is at the top of the hill on your left.

The nearest bus station to The Salthouse Hotel is Coleraine Train Station. From here you can take a bus from the station to the Marine Corner (172/172a). From the Marine Corner, by car/taxi take the 1st exit on Mary Street. Continue straight onto Glenshesk Road. Turn right onto Dunamallaght Road. Your destination will be on the left. The nearest train station is Coleraine Train Station it is a 34-minute journey away. From the train station you can get a bus (please see by bus for more information) or by car. To travel by car from the train station, head North-West towards Railway Road. Take B67 and Moyarget Road to Dunamallaght Road in Ballycastle. Continue along the Dunamallaght Road to your destination.
